Prices, discounts, promotions, and shipping charges may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment method selected by the customer. NEXORA does not directly store complete credit card information.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or refund an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or inaccurate customer information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing, and shipping information.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

An order can be canceled only if it has not already been processed, submitted to the supplier, or shipped. Once processing or shipment has begun, the order will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, customs, holidays, supplier processing, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and entering the correct delivery address. NEXORA is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Products with adhesive backing cannot be returned after being applied, installed, used, or having their protective adhesive film removed, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

No return should be sent without prior authorization from NEXORA.

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. Although we try to keep the information accurate and current, some information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
